Eating it up!

Well Hello!!! Things this week has been going really well here in this neck of the woods! The people we have been blessed to teach are eating up the gospel. Especially the book of Mormon!!! Mark is getting baptized this Sunday the 5th at 5pm! I have never seen a more prepared person in my life! He told us that he feels like he is finally finishing his journey! Mark studies so much on his own, so when we meet with him it's more of a review then anything!
So this week we had many meetings which were really good! I loved the women's conference. It was so good! One thing I am looking forward to is when I can do more family history work!
Congratulations to Jaymon!!!!! That is so exciting. This is a choice you will never regret! I know that this is the true gospel of Jesus Christ restored back to the earth at this time through the prophet Joseph Smith! Because of this, we can be with our families together forever, and have the peace to know that as we are obedient to Gods counsel we can return and live with him again!
So, this up-coming week, the mission's president's wife, Sister Tew, asked Sister Pendleton and me and some other sisters to give trainings (short 10-15 min. lessons with commitments at the end). Mine is on being "Exactly Obedient!" At first I was thinking that my topic was not so fun! This topic has been pounded in to our heads so much that as soon as some hear what the topic is they tune out. But now I am really excited to give it. I have been thinking about it a lot since Friday. I am going to try it at a different view. The process it took to know how to teach this has been one of the best experiences ever. I have been keeping the Lord in the process the whole time because I want them to learn what the Lord wants them to know and apply and not what I want them to know. As I have done this, so much inspiration has come. The main scripture is based on Hymn 270  I will go where you want me to go!
I am so thankful and blessed that I have all of you in my life, and Shayla now you are truly a squirrel!!! HaHa! ;)
                                                                              Till we write again,

                                                                              Sister Henderson
